CAPTAIN'S LOG
Commanding Officer
Fleet CAPTAIN CHRIS PITTARELLI
STARDATE 202406.03
Hello from the center seat! I‘m Fleet Captain Christopher Pittarelli, the proud commanding officer of the USS Andalucía, Region 9, based in beautiful Benalmádena, Spain. First and foremost, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to our incredible crew. Without each and every one of you, this ship would just be a hollow vessel. Your dedication, especially from our senior staff, has been nothing short of inspiring.
As we embark on this new journey with the Andalucía, I’m thrilled to announce that we are officially launching as our own ship. We’ve been diligently preparing for our vessel certification, and none of this would be possible without the active participation and enthusiasm of our crew, particularly your involvement in the academy. The courses you take not only bring joy but also significantly boost the morale and expertise within STARFLEET.
To our junior crewmembers who have made Andalucía their home, whether you‘re deeply involved or just starting to find your place, we are truly grateful to have you aboard. And to any potential recruits reading this, we look forward to welcoming you into a warm and encouraging environment where you can thrive.
In exciting news, our ship‘s logo has been created, and our commissioning plaque has been confirmed. This is just the beginning of many great things to come for the USS Andalucía. Let‘s continue to make history together!

STARDATE 202406.03
Exciting, without a doubt. A wonderful journey that began a few months ago, back in 2023, and has led us to this memorable moment, where we finally depart from McKinley Station, just as our predecessor, the USS Voyager, once did.
It is a pride and an honor to work as Chief Engineer of the USS Andalucía, and I invite you all to join us on this fantastic voyage, which goes beyond science fiction. Black coffee, Earl Grey tea, live long and prosper, everyone.
If you come down to Engineering, I hope you don’t mind hearing Sherlock’s barking. He’s a baby dachshund, you know… his main hobby is barking for no reason at all…

Whether you are an officer, crewman or civilian, I wish you a pleasant journey. This is your pilot, LTJG Andrea Schmidt! I have personally put the ship‘s controls and shuttles through their paces. Now sit back and enjoy the maiden flight of the Andalucia.
My goal is to always guide you safely through the unknown. Where no one has gone before. Coordinates are calculated and programmed. On your mark, Captain. Say your thing.
